We want XmasSky to make your home the most magical one on the street. If you are not in love with it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
Email us at xmaslighthouse@yahoo.com with your order number and we will send you return instructions. Where possible, please return the item in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few extra days to post it.
If your XmasSky arrives damaged or stops working, email us photos or a short video within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — usually without asking you to send the item back.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer — processing times vary. Still nothing? Email us and we will sort it out.
