Every XmasSky order ships free, worldwide, with full tracking — no minimum order required.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During the Christmas peak season, please allow an extra day or two.
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your destination.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will correct it. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email us at xmaslighthouse@yahoo.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
